Customers are responsible for checking all pockets and removing personal belongings before handing over laundry. Laundry Love Phuket is not responsible for any items left inside garments.
All items are cleaned according to standard procedures or based on care labels provided. Items without proper care labels or with special requirements are processed at the customer’s risk. We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear, weak fabrics, color bleeding, or shrinkage.
Terms and Conditions
